Scrapbook Room for Sale!

Well, not the room itself, but the contents!

A room FULL of scrapbooking supplies, lots of them still brand new, still in packaging. Brands included are Basic Grey, Bazzill, Fiskars, Making Memories, American Crafts, October Afternoon, Kay&CO, Heidi Swapp, 7gypsies and much more! Paper, chipboard, tons of alphabet stickers, embellishments, ribbons, brads, clear acrylic stamps, mounted stamps, paper packs, and so much more to list! This is the perfect chance for someone wanting to add to their collection, or to augment an existing scrapbooking store, or open a new store. I also have a ton of punches, some dies and other tools. Serious Inquiries only please....there is more than $2000.00 in that room, but I don't have time and have started enjoying digital scrapbooking more and more. Would like to sell it ALL at once or large chunks of it...so don't come without at least $200.00 or more...lol. Message me if you are wanting to set up an appointment..thanks!

Thanks to Cousin Kenny....

We will be enjoying this yummy dip on Friday night!

Creamy Artichoke Dip

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
5 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 375°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When it foams, add onion and garlic, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and cook until onion and garlic are golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in flour and cook until the raw flavor is gone, about 1 minute.
Sprinkle in 3/4 cup of the Parmesan, pour in cream, and stir to incorporate. Add artichoke hearts, sour cream, and 1/2 cup of the Gruyère and stir until cheese begins to melt.
Transfer dip to an 8-by-8-inch baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan and Gruyère and the panko. Bake until heated through, bubbling on the edges, and the cheese is melted, about 30 to 35 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or pita chips

Precious Rylee....

My good friend Emily and her husband Cade have a precious new baby girl....she is almost a month old now, and I have the pleasure of documenting her first few weeks here on earth!! Isn't she just adorable! Brings me back to those newborn days with Will....almost 8 years ago. It's funny how you forget all those little details....there is NOTHING like holding that little baby in your arms and realizing you have been given the ultimate gift from above. Thanks Emily for letting me be a part of Rylees' life!

First day of school.......

Yep, he is in the 2nd grade now...so hard for me to believe! He has a new teacher, Mr. Walters, and he has never had a male teacher before. Also, no snacks in this grade..so will be a few changes in store for the dude! Pretty busy day today, trying to finish up some design work, and start on graphics for the Junktique Jamboree website. We have our first PTA meeting on Monday night and also need to work on some stuff for that. The busiest time of the year is officially here!
